Welcome to Azure Horizons Tours. These Terms and Conditions apply when you use our website (azurebean.pro) or book any tour operated by Azure Horizons Tours, 412 Queen Street West, Toronto, ON M5V 2A8 (BN: 832091547 RC0001). By booking with us, you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself and anyone else on your booking.
Acceptance of Terms
Using our website, submitting an enquiry, or confirming a booking means you've read and accepted these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If anything here doesn't work for you, please don't book — but do reach out if you have questions. The person making the booking confirms they have authority to accept on behalf of all participants listed.
Booking, Deposits & Pricing
All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD) per person unless noted otherwise. Taxes (HST where applicable) are additional. Prices may change until your booking is confirmed with payment. Day trips require full payment at booking. Multi-day tours require a thirty percent (30%) deposit, with the balance due thirty (30) days before departure. Bookings made within thirty days of departure require full payment immediately. We accept major credit cards and e-transfer. If the balance isn't received by the due date, we may cancel your booking and retain the deposit.
Cancellations & Refunds
Day trips: Cancel at least 48 hours before departure for a full refund. Less than 48 hours — no refund, but we'll try to transfer you to another date if space allows.
Multi-day tours: More than sixty (60) days before departure — full refund minus a CAD 50 admin fee. Thirty to sixty (30–60) days — fifty percent (50%) refund. Less than thirty (30) days — no refund.
Weather cancellations: If we cancel due to unsafe conditions (lightning, ice storms, flood warnings), you'll receive a full refund or free rebooking. We monitor Environment Canada alerts and won't send groups out when it's unsafe.
Refunds are processed within ten (10) business days to the original payment method. We strongly recommend travel insurance for multi-day trips — Azure Horizons is not responsible for costs from missed connections or personal cancellations.
Group Conduct & Traveller Responsibilities
We want every departure to feel welcoming. That means showing up on time at the meeting point, wearing appropriate clothing and footwear, and disclosing dietary and accessibility needs at booking. Disruptive behaviour, intoxication, or disrespect toward guides, partners, or fellow travellers may result in removal from a tour without refund. You're responsible for your personal belongings. For outdoor tours, follow guide instructions at all times — they have final say on route and safety decisions.
Assumption of Risk
Travel and outdoor activities involve inherent risks — uneven terrain, weather changes, water activities, and traffic in urban environments. By joining an Azure Horizons tour, you acknowledge these risks and agree to complete our liability waiver before participation. You confirm you're physically able to participate in the described activity. Minors require a parent or guardian signature on all waivers. Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for injury caused by our proven negligence.
Photo Release
Guides may take group photos during tours for Azure Horizons marketing and social media. If you'd prefer not to appear, tell your guide at the start of the trip or email us before departure. We'll always respect your choice.
Intellectual Property
All content on azurebean.pro — text, photos, logos, itineraries — belongs to Azure Horizons Tours or our licensors and is protected by Canadian copyright law. Please don't reproduce or commercialize our materials without written permission.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Ontario law, Azure Horizons Tours' total liability for any claim related to a tour is limited to the amount you paid for that booking. We're not liable for indirect damages, lost personal items, flight delays, or events beyond our reasonable control (natural disasters, strikes, government restrictions). Our partners (wineries, outfitters, venues) operate under their own safety standards; we select them carefully but cannot guarantee their performance.
Travel Insurance
We recommend comprehensive travel insurance covering trip cancellation, medical expenses, and activity-specific coverage for canoe, hiking, and multi-day tours. Azure Horizons does not provide insurance directly but can share referral links to trusted Canadian providers upon request.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada. Disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of Ontario courts. If any provision is unenforceable, the rest remain in effect.
